Last week we learned about celebrities like Lana Dey Rey and Lady Gaga who grew up wealthy and nowadays have even more money and success. We love reading about celebrities who hit the genetic lotto so we decided to do a “Celebrities Who Grew Up Rich: Part 2.” Once again, we’re not saying that all well-bred celebrities were handed their careers, but having money makes it a lot easier to pursue your dreams. These are a few more of the celebrities who were born wealthy and remain wealthy: 

Psy: $25 million

South Korean rapper Psy is actually from the Gangnam District of Seoul (yup, that Gangnam district) which is a very affluent community. In fact, it’s one of the richest areas in all of Seoul, known as the Beverly Hills of South Korea. Psy comes from a wealthy family, his father, Park Won-Ho is the executive chairman of DI Corporation and his mother, Kim Young-hee, is a restaurant owner.

Miley Cyrus: $150 million

When Miley Cyrus was born in 1992 her father Billy Ray Cyrus’s song “Achy Breaky Heart” was No. 1 on the Billboard country charts and No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. Her dad’s estimated net worth is a respectable $50 million, which, no doubt helped Miley Cyrus start her career. Although the star used her father’s name to land her a role on Disney’s ‘Hannah Montana’, the pop diva is now worth an estimated $150 million which she made all on her own.

Jordin Sparks: $8.5 million

Jordin Sparks made a name for herself as the youngest winner on Season 6 of ‘American Idol’. Before she struck it rich on the singing competition she was living the high life as the daughter of Phillippi Sparks, a former NFL cornerback for the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys. Sparks’s mother is also a breadwinner for the family, she is a successful entrepreneur. Jordin Sparks’s didn’t use her father’s name to get on the show and her $8.5 million in the bank is 100% her own earnings.
