It’s pretty late in the day so you already know that naughty Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami on Thursday morning for DUI and drag racing. The pop star was pulled over after police saw the singer street racing early in the morning. He was pulled over around 4 a.m. according to the arrest report and was charged with drunken driving, driving without a valid license, and resisting arrest.

The pop star was driving a yellow Lamborghini in a race against a red Ferrari in a residential area on Miami Beach. The cars were speeding at 55 to 60 mph in a 30 mph zone. Bieber failed a sobriety test and admitted to using prescription medication, drinking alcohol, and smoking marijuana. Bieber is 19. The singer was released an hour after he made an appearance via video link before a Miami judge. His bond was set at a standard $2,500. Bieber left jail dressed in a black hoodie and black leather pants and sat on top of a black Cadillac Escalade where he waved to fans before driving away.
Beiber’s attorney is Roy Black, a prominent Miami attorney and husband of “The Real Housewives of Miami” star, Lea Black. Black represented Beiber in the hearing earlier in the day while the singer, dressed in an orange jumpsuit stood silently.

Black is a civil and criminal defense attorney known for getting William Kennedy Smith acquitted for rape in 1991. He has also represented Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis, Rush Limbaugh, Kelsey Grammer, and racecar driver Helio Castroneves. Hopefully, with Black’s help, Bieber will stay out of trouble.
