With the decline of blaxpolitation films, Pam Grier appeared in smaller roles for many years. She had a recurring role on Miami Vice from 1985-1989 and made guest appearances on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Martin, The Cosby Show, The Wayans Brothers, and other television series.
Pam Grier’s career was revived in 1997 when Quentin Tarantino cast her as the lead in his crime drama film Jackie Brown.
