A condo at the Apogee can cost anywhere from $2,945,000 for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit to $11,500,000 for the 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom penthouse. President of the Miami Heat basketball team, Pat Riley, has a unit in the Apogee (and $160,106.62 worth of taxes to pay on the condo according to a public record search.) HSN vitamin guru Andrew Lessman also has a place in the Apogee. Recently actor Michael Caine put his corner unit at the Apogee on the market for a cool $6,995,000.
